摘  要:研究了取向硅钢在初次再结晶过程中的组织和结构变化,包括晶粒长大情况、取向差、重合位置点阵(CSL)及织构的变化。研究表明,820℃盐浴再结晶退火3 s时即完成再结晶,随即发生晶粒长大。在初次再结晶的开始阶段,主要织构是{111}<112>、{100}<110>和弱的高斯织构;随着退火时间增加,{100}<110>织构和高斯织构逐渐减弱,{111}<112>织构先增强后减弱,并向{111}<110>和{111}<231>转化,退火3 min以后出现的{012}<001>织构是一种促进二次再结晶发展并最终有利于提高二次再结晶磁感和降低铁损的织构。退火时间增加到3 min以后,CSL的∑3晶界比例增加。退火时间增加到30 min时,CSL的∑1晶界比例增加,同时,小角度晶界比例提高,大角度晶界减少。The development of texture and microstructure in grain oriented silicon steels was investigated during primary recrystallization process, including the trend of grain growth, Coincidence Site Lattice (CSL), misorientation angle and texture. The results showed that the primary recrystalli- zation finished in 3 s at 820 ℃ and then the grain grew. At the initial stage of annealing, the dotalnant texture was {100} 〈110〉, {111 ing of annealing time, the intensity of time, { 111} 〈 112 〉 became stronger and {111} 〈231 〉 at the same time. 〈112 〉 and a little weak t {110} 〈001 〉. With the increas- {100} 〈110 〉 and {ll0} 〈001 〈 became weaken all the but later became weaken, and converted to { 111 } 〈 110 〉 {012} 〈 001 〉 texture was found after annealing for 3 min, which would improve second recrystallization, and be beneficial to the increasing of magnetic induction and the decreasing of core loss at last. With the increasing of annealing time above 3 rain, some boundary of CSL such as ∑ 3 increased, with increasing annealing time to 30 min, the boundary of I increased, meanwhile, the low misorientation ratio raised and high misorientation decreased.
