摘　　要：文章从饮食消费的文化因素出发,对全球化过程中饮食的克里奥尔化进行了分析,并以丹麦格陵兰岛和加勒比海地区的饮食为例,探讨了在多元文化的交流中饮食消费的克里奥尔化对身份建构和认同的作用。Taking cultural factor of dietary consumption as a departure point,the paper analyzes dietary creolization in globalization and discusses the function of creolized diet for constructing identity in intercultural communication with the cases of Greenlandic food in Denmark and French-speaking diaporas＇ food in Caribbean.
