摘　　要：为解决会议筹备过程中宾馆预订、会议室租借和客车租赁决策问题,针对与会代表数量的随机特性,以费用最省、管理方便和代表满意为目标,建立基于置信水平的两阶段多目标规划模型,并通过引入分组会议影响因子,得到具体的决策方案。结果表明:客房需求总量对置信水平α不敏感,与会代表数量的小幅度波动不影响会议室和客车的租赁决策,会议筹备组具有较大的决策空间。In order to address the decision-making problem of hotel reservations,conference room and bus rental,a two-stage multi-objective programming model is established for achieving the least cost,easy management and the satisfaction of representatives,which the number of participants is random.And meanwhile,a specific solution is obtained by leading into the impact factors of breakout sessions.The final results indicate that the rooms demand is not sensitive to the confidence levelα,the small-amplitude fluctuations of the parameters should not affect the decision-making and the preparatory group has a larger decision space.
