血浆置换治疗重症肝炎的临床护理

摘　　要：对25例重症肝炎患者进行血浆置换治疗,术前做好心理及物品准备,术后严密观察病情变化,加强置管护理,防止并发症的发生。治疗后患者临床症状、体征及实验室指标均明显好转,加强血浆置换治疗前后各个护理环节,有助于治疗成功。Twenty-five patients with severe hepatitis were treated with plasma exchange.Psychic nursing and preparations were emphasized preoperatively and patients＇ condition was closely observed postoperatively.The nursing of the implanted catheters must be enhanced to avoid complications.All the patients significantly improved in clinical symptoms and signs and laboratory indexes after the treatments.Good nursing before and after the plasma exchange contributed to the successful treatment.
