摘 要:使用加压反应器对七种煤在加压下的结渣性进行了测定,并考察了操作压力、空气流量、煤灰含量、煤灰熔点对结渣率的影响。试验结果表明,煤的结渣率随灰份含量增高和灰熔点降低而增高,随系统压力的增高而下降,随空气流量的增加而增加。试验还发现,煤的灰熔点在一定范围内随碱性组份(CaO+MgO+Fe_2O_3+K_2O+Na_2O)的增加而下降,而当碱性组份总量接近酸性组份总量(SiO_2+Al_2O_3)时,灰熔点趋于最低。The clinkering property of 7 chinese coals was tested in a pressurized reactor. The effects of operating pressure, air flow rate, content of coal ash and ash fusion temperature on the clinkering ratio were examined. Testing conditions were selected with reference to the operating condition in Lurgi gasifier.The operating pressure range is from normal pressure to 4MPa and the range of air flow is 1-3 Nm^3/h.It was found that the clinkering ratio of coal has a tendency to increase with the increase of ash content in coal, the decrease of ash fusion temperalure and the increase of air flow rate. It tends to decrease with the increase of operating pressure in the system under constant air flow. It also was found that under given conditions the ash fusion temperature decreases with the increase of content of alkaline constituents (CaO+Na_2O+K_2O+MgO+Fe_2O_3) and it approaches to a minimum value when the content of alkaline constituent approches to the content of acid constituent (SiO_2+A1_2O_3) in coal ash.
