摘  要:目的探讨社区护士在"全科团队"服务中发挥角色与功能的现况与影响因素。方法采用自制调查问卷对120名杭州市城区社区团队护士、成员与管理人员进行方便抽样调查。结果 65.8%被调查人认为护士参加社区团队服务后作用功能有较多改变,54.1%对护士护理理论知识满意,65.8%对护士护理操作技能满意,55.9%对护士综合能力满意,仅35.1%认为护士知识技能可满足社区团队服务需要;49.6%被调查人对社区团队服务成员构成评价认为合理,评价最满意项目为成员间信任和尊重(66.7%)。结论社区护士与团队成员对护士在团队服务中知识、技能与能力评价比较满意;对社区护士卫生服务参与评价满意和基本满意。护士理论知识、操作技能和综合能力对满足居民健康需求存在差距。社区护士发挥角色功能主要影响因素为团队管理模式、团队分配任务、政策与制度、服务对象和团队协作。Objective To explore the role and function of community nurse in health care team service and the related influential factors. Methods 120 members of community team of health care were surveyed by convenient sampling with Self-developed questionnaire. Results 65.8% respondents think there have many changes about nurses' role and function in team work; the percentage of satisfaction with nurses' knowledge, skills and comprehensive competence are 54.1% , 65.8% and 55.9% , respectively. Only 35.1% of them think nurses' knowledge and skills can meet the requirements of team work. 49.6% respondents think the constitution of health care team is reasonable, and the most satisfactory item is the trust and respect among the members (66.7%). Conclusion The evaluation shows that there is satisfaction toward community health nurse's knowledge, skills and competence in team work and the satisfaction toward the participants of community health services. There is a gap between the required comprehensive competences by community health nurse and meeting the health needs of the community residents. The major influential factors are the model of team management, the distribution of tasks in team, the police and system, the clients and the coordination among team members.
