摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术后的护理方法对术后患者的影响。方法:对2009年1月～2009年12月968例在我院行子宫下段剖宫产术患者进行了护理。结果:对术后患者采取必要的观察及护理,可以防止剖宫产给产妇带来的并发症和后遗症。968例患者术后康复情况良好。结论:采取剖宫产术后护理确保了母婴安全、健康。Purpose：Probe into and cut open the palace and produce the impact on future trouble person of the skill of nursing method after the skill.Method：To January of 2009,968 section cut open palace produce skill patient attend to under our academy competent uterus will it be December 2009.Result：Adopt the future trouble person of the skill essential observation and nursing,can prevent cutting open the palace and producing the complication and sequelae brought to lying-in woman.Health after skill of 968 patients it is in sound condition to reply.Conclusion：Have attended to and guaranteed mother＇s and baby＇s security,healthy after adopting and cutting open the palace and producing the skill.
