摘　　要：眩晕是一种自身或外物的运动性幻觉,是自觉的平衡感觉障碍,或为空间位向感觉的自我体会错误。一般认为是感受风寒和积累性疲劳所引起的慢性起病,先有颈痛、颈部软组织变硬。严重者可触及软组织钙化物,如项韧带钙化,触及时有如搓揉沙子样感觉。捏筋拍打疗法通过捏揉颈后三脉、拍打肩部等方法可明显改善此症状。The cervical vertigo is the balance of cervical spondylosis feels obstacle.h is believed that feeling cold and chronic disease caused by fatigue accumulating,first neck pain,cervical tissue to harden.Serious palpable,like a soft calcification touch when calcification,ligament sand samples knead feeling. Knead muscle flap therapy by pinching knead after carotid pulse,patting shoulder three can obviously improve the symptoms.
