摘  要:本文为解决设备安装序列规划中广泛存在的综合决策问题,提出改良的模糊层次综合评价法,并应用该方法对磨煤机安装序列规划的实际案例进行综合评判决策,给出计算过程,得出最终综合评价的具体分数。模糊层次综合评价法较好的解决了矩阵难以满足一致性、专家难以确定指标属性值等问题,较好地实现对磨煤机安装序列的综合评价,对实际工作中最佳装配方案的选择提供了有效指导。In order to address the widespread issue of integrated decision-making of installation project, an improved fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed in this paper. Besides, the method is applied to evaluate an actual case of pulverizer installation sequence planning. The calculating procedure and the final points of comprehensive evaluation are also provided. Fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method could solve the problems that it is difficult to achieve the consistency of matrix and to determine the property value. Otherwise, this method could conduce to obtain a better comprehensive evaluation sequence of the pulverizer installation and choose the best optimizing assembly program in actual construction project.
