摘  要:目的研究BALB/c小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后外周血中红细胞、白细胞的变化特征。方法用猪附红细胞体阳性血感染BALB/c小鼠5、7、9d后,用BC-2000血液细胞分析仪检测小鼠外周血中红细胞、白细胞数量的变化。结果小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后5、7、9d外周血中红细胞数量分别低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而白细胞数量分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且红细胞的降低趋势与白细胞的升高趋势呈负相关(r=-0.760)。结论小鼠感染猪附红细胞体随感染时间的增加,红细胞数量呈降低趋势,白细胞数量呈升高趋势,且两者呈负相关。该研究结果为附红细胞体病的血液学研究提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the variation of RBC and WBC in Peripheral blood of mice infected with Mycoplasma suis.Methods We detected the variation of RBC and WBC concentration in peripheral blood of mice after 5,7,and 9 days by BC-2000 blood cell analyzer.Results The results showed that after 5,7,and 9 days,RBC in the peripheral blood of mice infected with Mycoplasma suis was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.01),while WBC was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01).The decreasing tendency of RBC and increasing tendency of WBC had a negative correlation(r=-0.760).Conclusions As time increases,the RBC of mice infected with Mycoplasma suis was decreased,meanwhile the WBC was increased.The correlation between them was negative.The research provides the theoretical basis for studying the haematology of Mycoplasma suis.
