JC病毒大T抗原及β-连接素在胃癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨JC病毒(JC virus,JCV)大T抗原(1arge tumor antigen,T-Ag)、β-连接素(β-catenin)蛋白表达与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化PV-9000法检测49例胃癌和20例非肿瘤胃黏膜中JCV T-Ag、β-cate-nin蛋白的表达。结果49例胃癌中JCVT-Ag阳性表达率为30.6%(15/49)。20例非肿瘤胃粘膜中无JCVT-Ag蛋白阳性表达。胃癌中JCV T-Ag阳性表达与分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。β-catenin蛋白在20例非肿瘤胃黏膜100%阳性表达,即正常表达,49例胃癌中正常表达率为49%(24/49),49例胃癌中弱阳性表达或不表达为51%(25/49),即异常表达。胃癌中β-catenin蛋白异常表达与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。JCV T-Ag与β-catenin蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论JCV T-Ag与β-catenin蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。Objective To investigate the relations of JCV T-Ag and catenin proteins＇ expressions in gastric carcinoma＇ occurrence and development.Methods The expressions of JCV T-Ag and catenin proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of gastric tissues and 49 cases of gastric cancer tissues.Results The positive expressions of JCV T-Ag in 49 cases of gastric carcinoma were 30.6%（15/49） and no positive expression of JCV T-Ag was found in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa.No positive relations was found in differentiation,depth of infiltration and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric carcinoma（P〉0.05）.The positive expressions of catenin proteins in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa were 100%,which was called the normal expression.The normal expressions of catenin proteins in 49 cases of gastric carcinoma were 49%（24/49）.The mild or no positive expressions of catenin proteins in 49 cases of gastric carcinoma were 51%（25/49）,which was called the abnormal expression.The abnormal expressions of catenin proteins were significantly associated with differentiation,depth of infiltration,and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma（P〈0.05）.The expression of JCV T-Ag was negatively correlated with that of catenin proteins in gastric carcinoma（P〈0.01）.Conclusions JCV T-Ag and catenin proteins were over-expressed in carcinoma of stomach,and their expressions had relevance to the carcinogenesis and the progression of gastric carcinoma.
