摘 要:目的通过监测蟾蜍的心电图,比较动物清醒安静状态、离体灌流时HRV的不同,分析自主神经和体液因素对HRV的影响,观察心内神经对HRV的调节并分析其作用机制。方法选健康雄性中华蟾蜍50只,随机分为5组,在体组;离体组,阿托品(atropine,Atr)组;酚妥拉明(phentolamine,Phe)+β受体阻断剂普蔡洛尔(propranolol,Pro)组;Atr+Phe+Pro组,观察比较各相关指标。结果心脏离体后,与在体情况下相比,HR显著升高。正常心动周期的标准差(SDNN)显著降低,相邻正常心动周期差值的均方根(rMSSD)降低。离体给药组HRV各指标的比较,单独给予Atr后,HRV时域指标变化不明显,频域指标中HF变化不明显,LF、LF/HF显著增加;给予Phe+Pro后,HR显著降低,SDNN和rMSSD升高,LF、LF/HF降低;同时给予Atr+Phe+Pro后,HR变化无统计学意义,SDNN和rMSSD降低,HF降低,LF、LF/HF升高。结论离体状态下,心内神经对蟾蜍的HR和HRV有重要的调节作用,且以心内交感神经调节为主。Objective Monitoring the electrocardiogram of the toads was aimed to comparae different HRV at conscious, resting state and isolated perfuion, to analyze autonomic nervous and humoral factors on the effects of HRV, and to observe cardiac nerve on the regulation and mechanism of HRV. Methods 50 healthy male Chiness toads were randomly divided into five groups: in vivo group; in vitro group, atropine (atropine, Atr) group; phentolamine (phentolamine, Phe) + β-blocker propranolol(Pro) group; Atr + Phe + Pro group, to observe and compare the relevant indicators. Results HR increased more significantly when hearts were in vitro than in vivo. The standard deviation of the normal numbes (SDNN) of cardiac cycle had a significant reduction, the root mean square successive difference (rMSSD) between adjacent normal cardiac cycles reduced. By comparison of each index of HRV in vitro group, HRV after Atr given alone did not change significantly in time domain, HF did not change significantly in frequency domain, LF, LF / HF significantly increased; but Phe + Pro given later, HR significantly decreased, SDNN and rMSSD increased, LF, LF / HF reduced; at the same time Atr+ Phe + Pro given later, HR change had no statistical significance, SDNN and rMSSD lowered, HF reduced, LF, LF / HF increased. Conclusion In vitro state, the toad cardiac nerve has an important regulatory role on HR and HRV, which is maily regulated by cardiac sympathetic nerve.
