半月节射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛患者护理

摘　　要：目的总结三叉神经半月节射频热凝术的护理经验。方法三叉神经半月节射频热凝术患者136例,男47例,女89例。专科护理为心理护理、健康宣教、术中配合、术后并发症处理等。结果有99.3%的患者经过治疗后近期有明显的止痛效果。结论三叉神经半月节射频热凝术有着其特殊的护理特点,并贯穿在术前、术中、术后,优质的护理可提高手术的成功率,有利于患者的康复。Objective To summarize the nursing experience during radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal gasserian ganglion. Methods 136 patients （47 men and 89 women） after radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal gasserian ganglion received professional nursing as follows： psychological nursing, health propaganda and education, intraoperative cooperation, complication management and so on. Results 99.3% of patients relieved pain obviously soon after surgery, but about 15% to 20% of patients recurred partly within one year after surgery. Conclusions Nursing for radiofi-equency thermocoagulation of trigeminal gasserian ganglion, surrounding patients＇ psychology and physiology, begins before surgery and lasts after it. Top quality nursing can increase success rate and help patients to recover.
