长春新碱治疗小儿急性白血病药物渗漏3例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨长春新碱(VCR)治疗小儿急性白血病发生药物渗漏的预防对策。方法对85例住院急性白血病患儿静脉推注VCR的过程和局部皮肤进行观察和分析。结果 1例发生VCR渗漏导致局部皮肤发红、疼痛、水泡、溃烂(外院带入),2例局部出现皮肤潮红,没有发生皮肤溃烂。结论做好相应的措施,可以预防VCR渗漏的发生,减轻患儿的痛苦。Objective To discuss the countermeasures to prevent leakage of vincristine in treating children with acute leukemia. Methods 85 cases of patients hospitalized with acute leukemia vein inject of vincristine and the local skin were observed and analyzed. Results One case happened in local skin with vincristine leakage, which led to redness, pain, blisters, canker （outside haopital into）, two cases of local skin occured flush, no skin ulcerated. Conclusion The corresponding measures can prevent leakage of vincristine, and relieve the children from suffering.
