摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA),又称膝退行性骨关节病,是一种常见的关节软骨变性和缺失为特征的关节疾病,以膝关节慢性疼痛和功能障碍为主要临床表现。目前对本病的治疗方法很多,但该病确切病因仍不明确,各种疗法的治疗效果不肯定,远期疗效差。艾灸是一种使用燃烧后的艾条悬灸人体穴位的疗法,多项研究证实,艾灸治疗KOA效果确切。但是艾灸治疗KOA的操作较为复杂,对操作者要求较高,因而限制了这种治疗方法的普及。本文介绍了艾灸的治疗原理,设计了通过对膝关节进行艾灸,以治疗KOA的新型艾灸器具。Knee osteoarthritis （KOA）, also known as Knee aegenerauw 3umt u j articular cartilage degeneration and loss, and mainly manifested clinically as chronic knee pain and dysfimction, Many Of the current treatment methods of KOA remain unclear for the exact causes of the disease, with uncertain therapeutic effects and poor long-term effects. Moxibustion is a treatment method with burned moxa rolls moxibusting over human acupuncture points, which precise effect of treating KOA has been confirmed by a number of studies. However, the complex operation of moxibusting KOA and strict requirements for the operator limits the popularity of this treatment. This article describes the principles of moxibustion treatment, designes a new type of apparatus with moxibustion on knee joints to treat KOA.
