摘　　要：提高门诊医疗服务质量,促进医患和谐必须关注细节服务。通过总结经常忽略的细节服务内容,阐述细节服务在门诊提高服务质量,促进医患和谐中的积极作用,分析细节服务中关注的问题,提出有效落实细节服务的对策。To improve the outpatient medical service quality, and to promote harmony between doctors and patients must be concerned about the details of service. The text provided effective countermeasures of detail services by summarizing the details of often overlooked services, stating the active role of detail services in improving outpatient service quality and in promoting doctor-patient harmony, and analyzing the outpatient service problems concerned in detail services.
