摘　　要：社会组织建设是党的十七大提出的一项重要任务。社会组织的建设与发展离不开政府在多方面发挥作用。本文以吉林省为视角,从社会组织建设过程中发挥政府作用的紧迫性及现实性入手,论述了现阶段社会组织建设中的政府作用应该体现在哪些方面及如何体现的问题,以期为吉林省社会组织的建设与发展提供借鉴与参考。Constructs of social organizations is an important task of 17th CPC National Congress.Construction and development of social organization can not do without the government＇s multiple roles.In this paper,the perspective of Jilin Province,from the social organizations played the role of government and the reality of the urgency of the paper discussed at the present stage of social organizations in the government＇s role should be reflected in what and how to reflect the issues and look forward to Jilin Province construction and development of social organization and offers the references.
