加床病人护理风险管理方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨耳鼻喉科加床病人潜在的护理安全隐患，为提高护理安全提供有效的防范措施。方法运用失效模式和效果分析对加床病人潜在的护理安全隐患的高风险因素进行分析。结果加床病人潜在的护理安全隐患有：加床／病人流动性大，加床／工作量大，转床／漏转各种治疗单，转床／没及时通知相关人员的4个潜在护理安全隐患的危险因素。结论针对以上潜在护理安全隐患的危险因素，提出相应护理管理措施和方法是：合理控制加床数量；实行弹性排班，保证护理安全；完善工作流程，明确职责；增强护士风险管理意识；来确保病人安全，减少医疗护理纠纷事故发生。Objective To study the hidden danger for nursing safety of patients in the informal bed in otorhinolaryngology, and provide effective preventive measures as to improve nursing safety. Methods The failure mode and effect analysis were used to study the hidden danger for nursing safety of patients in the informal bed. Results The hidden danger for nursing safety of patients in the informal bed included four risk factors： high mobility of patients, heavy workload, missing and non-transferring all kinds of treatment sheets and not noticing the related staffs. Conclusion According io the risk factors of hidden danger for nursing safety of patients in the informal bed, we put forward the corresponding nursing measures reasonable control of adding beds, applying flexible shifts and ensuring the nursing safety, perfecting the working procedure and clear the duty of nurses, strengthening the risk management consciousness of nurses. As to ensure the safety of patients and reduce the occurrence of medical and nursing disputes.
