摘　　要：文章通过唐山市既有采暖居住建筑节能改造基础数据调查工作实践的阐述,初步总结出符合北方地区实际情况的既有居住建筑节能改造基础数据调查方法及综合评判方法。This thesis preliminarily analyzed the methods for investigating the basic data of the energy-saving reform in residential buildings with the existing heating systems in Tang Shan City by actually summing up the ftmdamental data investigation and evaluation methods that are suitable to the actual situation in China＇s northern areas, the basic data of which were all derived from energy-saving reform in the residential buildings with existing heating systems.
