摘　　要：针对城市隧道工程发生渗水的质量现状,提出在工程建设过程中,质量监督工程师应积极引导参建各方强化质量意识,确立创优目标,规范质量行为,突出隧道工程防渗的重点,预防质量通病发生,提高工程实体质量,从而培育优质工程。In view of the quality situation of seepage in urban tunnel projects, the thesis proposed that in the course of construction, the quality engineers should guide the constructing parties in strengthening their quality control consciousness in order to establish excellence-creating purposes, in order to standardize their quality control behaviors. The thesis, aimed to cultivate high-gradation projects, lays a great stress on seepage control for the prevention of common quality failure occurrences to improve quality control in each of the engineering projects.
