摘　　要：以知识链组织之间冲突动因和冲突存在形式作为准则层,构建冲突水平层次结构模型;并对变量界定和测度指标进行了详细说明,使用模糊综合评价法对知识链组织之间的冲突水平进行评价;为知识链组织之间的冲突管理提供了一种新的研究方法。通过实例计算,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。This paper sets up a conflict hierarchy model based on the causation and the form of the conflict among organizations in knowledge chain （ KC）, and introduces variable defining and measuring indicators. By fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it evaluates the conflict among organizations in KC, which creates a new method to study conflicts management among organizations in KC. A case calculation verifies feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
