摘　　要：从业主、监理以及施工方三者的整体委托代理关系入手,建立了相应的逆向选择模型;并且以监理方在甄别施工方效率方面的作用为基础,确定监理费用,研究发现监理费用主要受施工方的信息租金以及监理的风险规避度影响。This paper studies the principal - agent relationship between the owner, supervisor and constructor, and sets up the adverse selection model. Then based on the effect of supervisor on judging the efficiency of constructor, it finds out that supervision charge is related to the information hire of constructor and risk avoiding degree of the supervision.
