腰麻后直接俯卧位在肛肠手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察腰麻后直接俯卧位在肛肠手术中的应用效果。方法：选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级行择期肛肠手术患者80例,随机分为A、B两组,A组腰麻后转为平卧位,调节麻醉平面后再转为俯卧位;B组腰麻后直接俯卧位。观察两组腰麻后生命体征变化、感觉及运动阻滞效果、麻醉-手术开始时间、手术时间。结果：与A组比较,B组手术等待时间缩短（P〈0.05）,阻滞平面易于控制,血流动力学改变无明显差异。结论：腰麻后直接俯卧位麻醉起效快,阻滞完善,缩短手术等待时间,血流动力学影响轻微,可作为临床应用参考。Objective：To investigate the effects of direct prone position after spinal anesthesia in patients undergoing anal-enteral surgery.Methods：80 cases（ASAⅠ~Ⅱ）scheduled for selective anal-enteral surgery were random divided into A and B groups.The patients in group A received supine position after spinal anesthesia,and then turned into prone position after regulating anesthesia effects;while patients in group B received direct prone position after spinal anesthesia.The changes of hemodynamics,anesthesia effects and surgery-waiting time were assessed between group A and B.Results：the surgery-waiting time in group B was shorter compared with group A（P0.05）.No statistic change with hemodynamics-changes was found between groups while the same anesthesia effects.Conclusion：Direct prone position after spinal anesthesia could provide satisfactory anesthesia effect.
