黄芪桂枝五物汤熏洗防治奥沙利铂外周神经毒性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤对奥沙利铂外周神经毒性的防治作用。方法60例接受FOLFOX方案化疗的结直肠癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组(各30例)。研究组接受FOLFOX方案化疗加黄芪桂枝五物汤熏洗双足,对照组单纯接受FOLFOX方案化疗。比较两组患者外周神经毒性反应发生情况及正中神经、腓总神经的神经传导速度变化。结果研究组外周神经毒性反应发生率为26.7%,明显低于对照组的83.3%(P<0.01)。两组治疗后腓总神经和正中神经的感觉神经传导速度显著降低(P<0.01),但研究组的降低小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤熏洗可明显降低奥沙利铂化疗后的外周神经毒性。Objective To investigate the effects of ＂Huangqi Guizhi Decoction＂ in relieving peripheral neurotoxicity induced by Oxaliplatin.Methods Sixty patients with colorectal cancer who received FOLFOX chemotherapy were included and randomly divided into two groups： observation group in which 30 cases underwent chemotherapy plus the external bath of ＂Huangqi Guizhi Decoction＂,and control group in which 30 cases underwent chemotherapy alone.The incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity was observed and the nerve conduction velocity（NCV） of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were measured.Results The incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity was 26.7% in the observation group,lower than 83.3% in the control group（P〈0.01）.The sensory nerve conduction velocity of both median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups were significantly decreased after chemotherapy（P〈0.01）,but the velocity was higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ＂Huangqi Guizhi Decoction＂ is quite effective in the relief of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by Oxaliplatin.
