通脉降脂饮治疗肾虚痰瘀型颈动脉粥样硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通脉降脂饮治疗肾虚痰瘀型颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法将60例肾虚痰瘀型颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例;对照组给予肠溶阿司匹林和辛伐他汀口服,治疗组在此基础上加服通脉降脂饮。观察治疗前后主要症状积分,采用颈部血管多普勒超声监测动脉粥样硬化斑块。结果治疗组头晕、头痛、耳鸣、胸闷、呕恶痰涎、肢麻症状积分较治疗前减少(P<0.01),且均低于对照组同期分值(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后AS评分、Crouse评分及斑块数较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论通脉降脂饮治疗肾虚痰瘀型颈动脉粥样硬化具有良好疗效。Objective To study clinical effect of ＂Tongmai Jiangzhiyin Decoction＂ in treating carotid atherosclerosis of kidney deficiency plus phlegm and blood stasis accumulation syndrome.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.All the patients were given aspirin and simvastatin,and patients in the treatment group received ＂Tongmai Jiangzhiyin Decoction＂ in addition.The main symptoms and atherosclerotic plaque were observed before and after treatment.Results The main symptom scores such as dizziness,headache,tinnitus,chest distress,vomiting sputum after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.01）,and lower than those in the same period in the control group（P〈0.05）;the AS score,crouse score and the number of atherosclerotic plaque in the treatment group were lower than that those before treatment（P〈0.01）,and also lower than those in the same period in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Tongmai Jiangzhiyin Decoction＂ is effective in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis of kidney deficiency plus phlegm and blood stasis accumulation syndrome.
