“六字诀”对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量及中医证候的影响

摘　　要：目的观察"六字诀"对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量及中医证候的影响。方法将63例COPD稳定期患者随机分为中医康复组(31例)与对照组(32例)。对照组根据COPD诊治指南要求予以常规治疗3个月,中医康复组在常规治疗基础上进行"六字诀"康复训练3个月。对两组患者干预前后生活质量、中医证候评分进行比较。结果中医康复组圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)中症状评分、活动评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);中医康复组对于咳嗽、咯痰、气促等症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"六字诀"能改善COPD稳定期患者生活质量、中医证候。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Six Letters Formula＂ on quality of life and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods Sixty-three COPD patients in the stable stage were randomly assigned into two groups： 32 cases in control group got the conventional treatment according to the Quideline,while 31 cases in TCM rehabilitation group did rehabilitation exercises,＂Six Letters Formula＂,besides the conventional treatment,both for 3 months.The quality of life was evaluated by St George＇s respiratory questionnaire（SGRQ）,and TCM syndrome scores were counted before and after treatment in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the TCM rehabilitation group got lower scores in symptom,mobility and total score of SGRQ（P〈0.05）,and had significant improvements in the symptoms such as cough,expectoration and shortness of breath（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Six Letters Formula＂ may improve the quality of life and TCM syndrome of COPD patients in stable stage.
