苦甘方外涂治疗儿童湿疹150例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察苦甘方治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法200例湿疹患儿随机分为两组。治疗组150例外搽苦甘方煎液,对照组50例外搽儿肤康搽剂,疗程15天。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且苦甘方治疗异常血液质型湿疹的疗效明显好于异常胆液质型湿疹(P<0.05)。结论苦甘方治疗儿童湿疹疗效确切,尤其适用于异常血液质型湿疹。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Kugan Decoction＂ in the treatment of eczema.Methods 200 children with eczema were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 150 cases were treated with external application of ＂Kugan Decoction＂ and control group in which 50 cases were treated with ＂Erfukang Lotion＂,with a course of 15 days.Results The marked effective rate and total effective rate were higher in the treatment group than in the control（P〈0.01）;and ＂Kugan Decoction＂ had better effects on abnormal blood eczema than on abnormal bile eczema（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Kugan Decoction＂ is quite effective childhood eczema.
