调更汤对老年雌性大鼠卵巢功能衰退的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨调更汤对自然衰老大鼠卵巢机能衰退的作用。方法16月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分成模型组、中药高、中、低剂量组和倍美力组,设立3月龄雌性SD大鼠为青年组,观察药物干预2个月后卵巢FSH、LH、FSH/LH、SOD、MDA变化情况。结果模型组卵巢FSH比青年组显著升高(P<0.05),中药高、中剂量组的卵巢FSH显著下降(P<0.05),模型组的卵巢FSH/LH显著高于青年组(P<0.05),中药中、高剂量组、倍美力组卵巢FSH/LH显著降低(P<0.05);模型组卵巢活力SOD水平显著低于青年组(P<0.05),模型组卵巢MDA显著升高(P<0.05),中药高、中、低剂量组卵巢MDA显著降低(P<0.05)。结论调更汤能够有效减少卵巢MDA,提高卵巢储备功能。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Tiaogeng Decoction＂ on hypo-ovarianism in elderly female rats.Methods Seventeen-month SD female rats were randomized into model group,herbal high-,middle-and low-dose groups,and conjugated estrogen group;and 4-month female rats were employed as young group.After 1-month intervention,ovarian FSH,LH,FSH/LH,SOD and MDA were detected.Results The FSH was higher in the model group than in the young group（P〈0.05）;the FSH was lower in the herbal high-and middle-dose groups（P〈0.05）;the FSH/LH was higher in the model group than in the young group（P〈0.05）;the FSH/LH was lowered in the herbal high-and middle-dose groups and conjugated estrogen group（P〈0.05）;the SOD activity was lower in the model group than in the young group（P〈0.05）;MDA was higher in the model group（P〈0.05）,and loweerd in the herbal high-,middle-and low-dose groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Tiaogeng Decoction＂ can reduce ovarian MDA and improve ovarian function.
