摘  要:以菠萝品种"台农17号"冠芽为外植体,采用1.0~5.0 mg/L 6-BA、0.1~0.5 mg/L NAA、1.0~4.0 mg/L IBA激素配比对芽诱导、继代增殖和生根进行培养。结果表明,适宜菠萝冠芽诱导和继代增殖培养的培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,继代增殖周期在22 d较为适宜,增殖系数为6.8;适宜生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,以沙∶塘泥(1∶2)为假植基质,假植成活率达94.0%,植株生长健壮,长势良好。The crown bud of pineapple variety Tainong 17 was used as explants, different hormone combinations rang- ing from 1.0-4.0 mg/L 6-BA, 0.1-0.5 mg/L NAA and 1.0-4.0 mg/L IBA were added to MS or 1/2MS medium to conduct the induction of bud, subculture of cluster buds and rooting of plantlets. The results showed that MS+6-BA (3.0 mg/L)+ NAA(0.1 mg/L) was the best medium for the induction of crown buds, and subculture of the cluster buds with 6.8 of mul- tiplication coefficient in period of 22 days. The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS + IBA(3.0 mg/L)+ NAA(0.5 mg/L), and the mixture of sand and pond sludge (1:2) was found to be the best temporary planting medium for rooted plantlets with 94% of survival rate, and the plantlets grew well and vigorouly.
