摘 要:以羟基磷灰石(HA)为基体,采用添加NH4HCO3晶粒并加热去除的方法制备多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)陶瓷,制备过程中同时加入一定量的生物玻璃来增加其强度,添加一定量的聚乙烯醇(PVA)来提高其结合性能和改善贯通性。对制备的多孔生物陶瓷试样进行硬度和抗压强度试验,讨论不同组分对其性能的影响规律,采用扫描电镜对多孔陶瓷试样的微观结构进行分析。结果表明,随着NH4HCO3含量的增加,多孔生物陶瓷试样的孔隙率和硬度增加,抗压强度下降,孔径约为200~300μm;随着PVA含量的增加,试样孔隙率增大,贯通性增强,孔道长度约为1~3mm,孔径在100μm以下;随着生物玻璃含量的增加,试样的体积收缩明显,微孔增多。Porous bio-ceramics are prepared through adding NH4 HCO3 grains into hydroxyapatite and then removed by heating method. The strength of bio-ceramics samples increase due to add a certain amount of bioactive glass. Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) is added to improve the binding quality and penetration properties of bio-ceramics. Hardness and compression strength of different samples are measured to analysis the effect of different additive. Their mierostructures are observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results demonstrate that the sample's pore ratio and hardness increase while its compression strength drops with the increase of NH4 HCO3, and the pore diameter is 200-300μm. The pore ratio increases and a structure with well intereonnectivity is build up with the increase of PVA. The length of pore channel is 1-3mm, while the pore diameter is under 100μm. The sample's volume shrinkage is obvious and the microporous inside are increased by adding bioactive glass.
