江苏省2006年～2008年健康人群麻疹抗体监测分析

摘　　要：目的:了解江苏省健康人群麻疹血凝抑制抗体水平免疫状况。方法:采用麻疹血凝抑制(HI)试验对监测人群进行麻疹抗体测定并对结果进行分析。结果:麻疹血凝抑制抗体总阳性率为92.44%,GMT为1:22.84。2006年～2008年麻疹抗体阳性率范围波动在89.15%～96.71%之间,抗体效价在1:7.52～1:32.22之间。不同年份之间有显著性差异(χ2=52.03,P<0.01)。结论:江苏省麻疹血凝抑制抗体除0岁组偏低外,其余人群均有保护作用,提示应加强对0岁组人群的保护。Objective： To investigate the immune level of measles hemagglutination inhibition antibody in healthy population of Jiangsu province. Methods： Hemagglutination inhibition test was used and the results were analyzed. Results： The total positive rate was 92. 44%,GMT was 1：22.84. During 2006-2008,Conclusion： Except to 0 -year- old group with lower protective effect of measles, the rest population do have the protective effect of measles hemagglutination inhibition antibody in Jiangsu province. So, we should strengthen protection of 0-year-old age group.
