摘 要:电解锰渣是以碳酸锰矿为原料采用电解法生产金属锰过程中产生的滤渣,是一种含硫酸盐的硅铝质材料,电解锰渣中硫酸盐的性质对其资源化利用有较大影响。研究了5种不同来源的电解锰渣中硫酸盐的存在形式及主要性质。结果表明,电解锰渣中硫酸盐以二水石膏、硫酸铵、硫酸锰等多种形态存在,其中微溶性的二水石膏约占总硫酸盐含量的60%~70%。电解锰渣中硫酸盐溶出速度快,5min内溶出量与24h的溶出量相当。此外,电解锰渣中掺入生石灰不仅有利于其它形态硫酸盐转化为二水石膏,还能对其在资源化处置前进行无害化预处理。The electrolytic manganese residue(EMR) is one kind of residue from the production of manganese with manganese carbonate, which is a silica-aluminum material containing sulfate. The nature of sulfate in EMR has a great impact on its comprehensive utilization. The form and main character of sulfate in five EMR are investigated. It is shown that the main forms of sulfate in the slag are dihydrate gypsum, ammonium sulfate and manganese sulfate, in which the slightly-dissolved dihydrate gypsum accounts for 60%-70%. In addition, the dissolution rate of the sulfate in EMR is rapid, the dissolved quantity of which in 5min is equivalent to that in 24h. Moreover, lime is not only bene- ficial to the transformation of other sulfates into dehydrate gypsum, but also helpful to the harmless pretreatment of EMR before comprehensive utilization.
