摘　　要：针对隔热板的形状特点,分析了隔热板的冲压工艺及其模具设计、制造难点,详细介绍了铝合金隔热板成形工艺制定、模具结构特点及关键零件的设计。生产实践表明,成形模具能满足产品精度要求,适合大批量生产的需要,极大提高了产品的合格率和生产效率。Analysis was made on the shape characteristics of a thermal insulating board and the stamping process and difficulties in design and manufacturing were studied.In particular,the establishment of process scheme for the shaping of the aluminum alloy insulating plate,the die structure features and design of key parts were explained in detail.
