摘 要:装载机在处于怠速和作业时其发动机罩会受到来自发动机等激振源的振动激励而产生严重的振动响应,从而直接影响机罩部件的开裂损坏和疲劳失效。利用HyperWorks建立了某企业轮式装载机发动机机罩有限元模型,详细叙述了发动机罩的HyperWorks建模流程,进行了模态分析,得到其在自由和约束两种状态下前七阶固有频率和振型。最后对模态结果进行了分析和评价,并与发动机频率对比,指出可能的共振频率,为机罩进一步的结构改进和优化提供理论依据和参考。The hood will have a serious vibration response when the loader at idle and operating, the source of incentive from vibration of the engine and other incentives, which directly affect the hood components, cracking damage and fatigue failure.This paper has established a Wheel Loader hood finite element model of an enterprise by HyperWorks, and described in details the hood modeling process in HyperWorks, modal analysis has been performed, and geted its first seven-order natural frequencies and correspond mode shapes in the free and bound states. Finally analysised and evaluated the results of the modal, and contrasted with the frequency of the engine, pointed out the possible resonance frequency, provided a theoretical basis and reference for the further research and structure optimization of the hood.
