摘  要:M224半自动内圆磨床是一种采用液压和机械联合进给的机床,存在结构复杂、定位精度低、维护难度高等问题。文章以此磨床为研究对象,采用"人机界面+PLC+交流伺服"的硬件实现方案,对磨床径向工作台(X轴)进行了数控化改造;采用PLC通讯控制变频器的方案实现了对砂轮主轴的控制;并且对工件主轴、冷却泵的原控制方案进行了改进。实际使用情况表明,改造后大大简化了机床的结构,提高了机床的定位精度,并使机床具有了良好的操作性能。M224 Semi-automatic Internal Grinder, which is a kind of machine tool with a joint use of hydraulic and mechanical feeding system, has many problems, such as complex structure, low positioning accuracy, high difficulty in maintaining etc. This paper, which researchs on this type of grinder, makes the NC reconstruction of grinder radial bench (X-axis) by adopting the hardware implementation scheme which is composed of HMI, PLC and AC servo, achieves the control of grinding wheel spindle by implying the scheme of PLC communications controlling the inverter, and also improves the original scheme of workpiece spindle and cooling pump. Practical application indicates that the machine' structure is greatly simplified and the positioning accuracy of machine tools is improved after the reconstruction, and good operational performance of machine tools is provided.
