摘 要:文章研究了铸造式汽车转向节加工问题,针对铸造式汽车转向节外形特殊、空间结构位置复杂、加工部位较多、加工精度要求高、定位困难、生产批量大等加工特点,通过选定合理的粗加工定位基准、采取仿形夹紧方案、使用误差分析模型对夹具体进行综合误差分析、创新性采用三维绘图软件SOLID-WORKS对夹具体进行快速虚拟平衡性分析计算,设计了一套用于铸造式转向节粗基准车削加工的夹具体。并选择合适的工艺参数来规划其加工工艺技术方案,使其能实现高效高质量加工铸造式汽车转向节零件,提高了经济效益。This article deals with casting car' s steering knuckle processing, Focusing on casting car' s steering knuckle specially shape, complicated structure, the number of processing this automobile knuckle is very large, the requirements of processing accuracy are very high and space location is difficult, through selecting reasonable rough benchmark location and using the program of contour clamped, using Error analysis model to analyze the folder's comprehensive error ,innovative using three-dimensional Designing software SOLIDWORKS to virtually analyze and calculate the folder's counterpoise, Design of a casting-style steering knuckle turning crude benchmark folder, select the accurate processing of cutting parameters for rational planning process technology program in order to achieve high-quality and efficient processing of their car steering knuckle casting parts, Improve the economic efficiency.
