摘  要:将图形显示中的裁剪算法引入到激光快速成型分区扫描中,利用其算法原理,实现了对复杂截面轮廓的矩形分区扫描。介绍了该分区扫描算法的总体思路;论述了对成型件的截面轮廓进行矩形分区的方法、步骤和关键技术。该算法具有算法简单,易于规划且加工效率高等优点。The trimming algorithm for graphics display was introduced in subarea scanning of laser rapid prototyping, and the rectangle subarea scanning of complex contours of object section was retaliated by using trimming algorithm. The general idea of the subarea scanning was introduced, and the method, process and key technologies of rectangle subarea scanning were discussed in this paper. The trimming method has more advantages, such as simple algorithm, convenient layout and high machining efficiency.
