摘　　要：目前，水资源短缺已成为制约我国社会经济发展的重要因素．水资源的低效配置是造成我国水资源浪费和短缺的重要原因；利用价格手段优化水资源配置是缓解水资源短缺的较为经济的途径．The inefficient allocation of water resources is the main cause of waste and shortage of water resources.Raising efficiency of water resources allocation by means of price control is an economical way for the mitigation of water resources shortage
