摩托车链条延迟碎裂的分析

摘　　要：摩托车链条套筒和链板断裂属氢延迟断裂,原因是环境氢从套筒和链板表面沿晶界进驻晶界并向内扩散,氢原子在内部聚集,在链轮齿根径向跳动力的作用下沿晶界开裂。防止链条套筒和链板断裂应采取:1)淬火回火后的套筒和连接板,应即时去应力回火;2)淬火后立即回火并适当延长回火时间,脱氢效果显著;3)原材料组织均匀,夹杂物少并细化,可增加脱氢效果;4)链轮、链条传动副中2个零件的精度应相互制约;5)提高链条的耐磨性能。The break of the chain guard and chain plate belongs to hydrogen delayed break,the reason of which is the environmental hydrogen enters the crystal boundary along the crystal boundary area from the chain guard and the chain plate and spreads inside,at this time the hydrogen atom gathers inside and the chain guard and the chain plate break along the crystal boundary under the act of the radial hopping force.To avoid the break, the following measures should be taken,1） the chain guard and the connecting plate quenched and tempered should be stress-tempered,2） after quenching,they should be tempered with the tempering time extended,thus the dehydrogen effects will be better,3） the structure of the raw material should be homogeneous will less finegrained impurities,thus improving the dehydrogen effects,4） the accuracy of the two parts in the chain and the drive pair should be interactive,5） improving the wearing resistance of the chain.
