摘　　要：本文报道一种新的制备和纯化HCG的方法．人工流产物经45％乙醇抽提、调pH5．2～5．4后40～60％乙醇分级、植物血球凝集素-Sepharose4B柱层析纯化后，低温酒精沉淀干燥，可得到比效价3777.8IU／mg的hCG精品．In this paper is reported a new method for preparation and purification of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) from artificial abortion. Crude HCG was purified by 45 % alcohol extraction, then by 40~60 % alcohol fractionation at pH5. 2~ 5. 4, and then by the phytohemagglutinin (PHA ) sepharose 4B affinity chromatography and the precipitation of affinity eluant by alcohol at low temperature to obtain refined HCG whose immunizing potency is 3777. 8 IU/mg.
