摘 要:从影响福州市民旅游决策行为的因素角度出发,选取23项指标,并通过对722个有效样本实证调查,基于因子分析法萃取出影响福州市民旅游决策行为的5个维度因素,运用Amos6.0软件分析方法,提出旅游决策行为影响因素模型.研究发现:5个维度因素对市民旅游决策行为均产生不同程度影响;个人社会经济条件依然是市民出游决策首要考虑的因素;市民旅游决策行为更加理性化;不同社会经济条件的居民,景区服务管理对其旅游决策影响程度不同;景区服务管理的影响程度低于其他因素.研究结论对于促进旅游产品开发、指导市场细分、制定营销方案、带动相关研究领域的深入有着重大理论和实践意义.The paper attempts to test factors of Fuzhou residents' tourism decision-making behavior with the 722 efficient samples through the 23 selected indicators. The paper extracts five dimensionalities based on factor analysis and a conceptual model on factors of Fuzhou residents'tourism decision-making behavior is analyzed with structural equation modeling procedures Amos6.0. The study shows that the five dimensionalities have different effects on Fuzhou residents'tourism decision-making behavior; Resident consider the individual social and economic conditions as their initial tourism decision-making considerations; Residents'tourism decision-making behavior more rational; Tourism decision-making behavior of Fuzhou resident who have different social and economic conditions is influenced to various extent by service and management of scenic spot; Service and management of scenic spot take minimal effect on residents'tourism decision-making. The conclusion has tremendous theoretical and practical significance of promoting the development of tourism product, guiding the subdivision of tourism market, establishing the project of tourism marketing and driving the related research.
