摘  要:为了探讨芫根的降血脂功效,分别用剂量为400mg/kg·d、800mg/kg·d、1600mg/kg·d的芫根95%乙醇提取物(EE95)和芫根醇沉水提物(WE)连续灌胃营养型高血脂症模型SD大鼠,检测各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及肝脏系数。结果表明:芫根具有辅助降血脂的功效,与高脂模型组比较,EE95和WE各剂量组均能不同程度地降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平,HDL-C则不同程度高于高脂模型组;EE95高剂量组能降低血清中LDL-C的含量。EE95和WE对大鼠的肝脏系数均无显著影响。To investigate the anti-hyperlipidemia effect of Bassia rapa L. on experimental hyperlipemia rats,SD rats were divided into 9 groups,consisting of one normal group (control),one hyperlipemia model group,a positive group,3 groups receiving 95% ethanol extract (EE95),and 3 groups receiving a water extract of residue (WE) of Bassia rapa L. at 400 mg/kg·d,800 mg/kg·d,and 1600 mg/kg·d,respectively. Levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the serum were quantitatively measured. The results showed that EE95 and WE could reduce the content of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in varying degrees. After treatment with EE95 and WE,TC and TG were reduced remarkably,while the level of HDL-C increased. Compared to the model group,the level of LDL-C was reduced significantly in the EE95 group at 1600 mg/kg·d. But both EE95 and WE had no effect on liver index of rats.
