摘　　要：在企业外向型发展过程中,以汇率风险和融资风险为代表的金融风险是最为普遍的风险。宁波是我国重要的外向型城市,但外向型企业的主体是中小型民营经济,总体规模小、实力弱、抵御金融风险能力不强。必须要在立足企业自防的基础上,结合金融机构的产品和服务,以及政府政策支持,三管齐下,构建一个全方位的金融风险联防体系。Financial risks,including foreign exchange risk and financing risk,are the most common risk in the course of enterprises’ export-oriented development.Ningbo is an important export-oriented city in China,but most export-oriented enterprises in Ningbo are small and medium-sized private businesses,which suffer from some problems such as small size,weakness in strength and lack of the ability to withstand financial risks.So it is necessary to establish an overall financial risks prevention system on the basis of enterprises’ self-protection,backed by governmental policies and the products and service offered by financial institutions
