“国民休闲计划”下的森林旅游开发模式研究——以泉州市为例

摘　　要：在辨析休闲与森林旅游相互关系基础上,分析了在"国民休闲计划"下发展森林旅游过程中面临的资源环境保护与开发、旅游产品规划与设计、旅游企业经营与管理等问题,并归纳了城市综合公园型、社区住宅型、景区景点型、休闲度假型、乡村旅游型、自驾观光型等6种森林旅游开发模式。This paper analyzes the relationship between leisure and tourism and discusses some issues occurring in development of forest tourism during the period of leisure time with the national leisure plan. Those questions include the development ＆ protection of resources ＆ environments, the planning and designing of tourism product, and the operation and management of tourism industry. Moreover, this paper also proposes six development models for forest tourism in terms of leisure, which include the kind of City Park, the kind of city district, the kind of landscape, the kind of leisure ＆ holiday, the kind of rural tourism, and the kind of self - driver tour.
