摘  要:对不同公司采用不同技术生产的225/45R1791W跑气保用轮胎进行外缘尺寸和静负荷性能试验,分析在不同充气压力和负荷下跑气保用轮胎力学性能的变化情况,并与普通225/45R1791W轮胎进行对比。结果表明,轮胎充气压力降低,胎体承受负荷增大,充气压力不足时跑气保用轮胎下沉率变化远小于普通轮胎,滚动阻力增量不是很大,接地压力分布呈胎冠中心部位小、胎面四周边缘部位大;充气压力不足时跑气保用轮胎的静负荷性能和胎侧耐屈挠性能远远优于普通轮胎。The overall dimension and static load performance test on 225/45R17 91W run-flat tire of different companies and different techniques were investigated, the changes of mechanical properties of run-flat tires under different inflation pressure and different load were analyzed, and compared with the traditional 225/45R17 91W tire. The results showed that,with the inflation pressure increasing, the load on carcass increased;when the inflation pressure was low, the change of the deflection ratio of run-flat tire was far lower than the traditional tire, the increment of rolling resistance was not great, the static contact pressure distribution was that the force was small in the center of the crown and large on the edge of the tread, and the static load performance and flexibility of sidewall were far better than the traditional tires.
