氟硅橡胶及其在防污闪涂料中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了氟硅橡胶以及氟硅橡胶防污闪涂料的性质、应用状况和国内发展状况和动态,重点阐述了硅橡胶/氟硅橡胶并用配方、工艺以及并用胶性能,国内厂家生产情况。分析结果表明,室温硫化氟硅橡胶应用到防污闪涂料体系中在实验室取得了不错的效果,但是因氟硅橡胶价格昂贵,其应用推广进展较慢。考虑到其性能上的优势,其应用研究还需大力推进。Introduced Fluorosilicone Rubber, as ＂,veil as the nature of anti-pollution flashover Coatings, application status and national development situation and dynamics, focusing on the silicone rubber / fluorine silicon rubber and use formula, process, and performance, with plastic, domestic manufacturer＇s production. The results showed that fluorine RTV silicone rubber coating applied to the anti-pollution flashover achieved in the laboratory system, good results, but because fluorosilicone rubber was expensive, progress and popularization in its application was slow. Taking into account its performance advantage, research needs to vigorously promote its application.
