轻质焦油在焦炉煤气脱萘工艺的应用

摘　　要：针对焦炉煤气净化除萘存在的问题,介绍了相关工艺改进和调整操作参数的措施。终冷塔煤气喷洒洗萘操作通过引入剩余氨水槽底部轻质焦油稳定喷洒液组分,提高煤气洗萘效果,改善终冷塔换热效果;改用焦油洗油馏分取代轻柴油用于终端洗萘,既满足煤气净化质量要求,又创造较好的经济效益。Against the existing problem in the process of naphthalene scrubbing, described the revant measures had been taken for process improvement and operating data adjustment.which stabled liquid spraying component by the quotation of light quality tar at the bottom of the remaining ammonia tank, improved heat transfer effect with fmal gas cooler and the naphthalene scrubbing from the coke gas, Changes to the tar wash oil fraction to substitute for the light diesel oil to use in the terminal the naphthalene scrubbing; which didn＇t only ensure the quality of gas out of the plant, but also increase the good economic efficiency.
