摘 要:实验研究了201×4强碱性阴离子交换树脂去除溶液中Cr(VI)的影响因素以及该树脂吸附Cr(VI)的动力学和热力学特性。结果表明,吸附平衡过程符合Frendilch等温吸附方程,吸附动力学数据表明化学反应过程为控速步骤,树脂对Cr(VI)的吸附量随pH的降低而增加,随着温度的升高而增加,表观吸附活化能Ea(10mg/L)=30.851kJ-mol-1,Ea(400mg/L)=16.074kJ·mol-1。当pH=2.0时,反应温度为323K,吸附量存在最大值为13.74mg/g。树脂的再生能力比较强,经过3次再生,树脂的平衡吸附量下降8.3%。In thes paper batch removal of chromium(Ⅵ) from aqueous solutions by strongly basic anion exchange resin 201 ×4 was investigated. The equilibrium adsorption data was fitted well with Frenditch isotherm. The adorption kinetic data were analyzed and fitted well in a chemical reaction equation and the rate of removal was found to speed up with decreasing pH and increasing temperature. Activation energy for the adorption process was found to be 30.851 kJ.mol-1 and 16.074 kJ.mo1-1. The maximum adsorption capacities for Cr(Ⅵ) range from 9.18 to 13.74 mg/g for temperature at 323 K under a conditon of pH 2.0. and the adsorption capbility reduced 8.3 % after regeneration three times.
