含甲苯废气生物处理模拟测试

摘　　要：采用生物膜填料塔工艺对含甲苯废气进行生物处理,进气甲苯浓度5997.86mg/m3,处理后浓度102.29mg/m3,去除率为98.3%,表明该工艺处理效果良好。对于高浓度、大流量的含甲苯废气,建议在实际处理中增加停留时间,并在在生物净化装置前增加预处理装置。The technology of biological membrane tower was used to treat the methylbenzene exhaust. The concentration of methylbenzene of inlet was 5997.86 mg/m3, 98.3 % of which had been removed after the treatment and the concentration was 102.29 mg/m3. This shows that the biological membrane tower technology is good at treating such exhaust. But when facing high-concentration large-flow methylbenzene exhaust, it is suggested that increased retention time of treatment and pre-treat devices were needed.
