摘  要:本文报告了脂质体包封血红蛋白(Lipsome-EncapsulatedHemoglobin,LEH)制备方法,制备了以磷脂酸(PA)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)分别作膜组分的两种LEH,即LEH(PA)和LEH(PS)。应用准弹性光散射电泳(QELS)仪测定其电泳率,发现LEH(PA)电泳率明显快于LEH(PS)。进一步观察两种LEH体外对红细胞电泳率和红细胞聚集性影响。发现LEH(PA)可降低红细胞聚集性(P<0.05);Method of preparation of tiposomes encapsuated hemoglobin (LEH) was reported and two kinds of LEH prepared. Electrophoresis parameters of LEH were studied by quasi elasticity light scattering (QELS) technique. The results showed that the electrophoresis parameters of LEH(PA) was significantly higher than LEH(PS); the former taking phospholipid acid and the latter, phosphatidyl serine as composition of membrane. The effects of the two LEHs on erythrocyte electrophoretic parameters and erythrocyte gathering property were also studied in vitro, and results showed that LEH(PA)could decrease erythrocyte gathering property and increased RBC electrophoretic parameters 1 hr after LEH addition.
